While $50/month in cash flow isn’t great, it’s still positive, and cutting the termite protection could boost it to $125.

However, if it was a floating LVP floor, you should be able to relay the same flooring since water wouldn't damage the LVP flooring and you already have pieces cut to fit. 

Their interest, like a real estate agent, is simply to churn incoming flows of money at a high rate in order to get their Commission and their cut.
