If Indy is your bag and you can help people, I would make sure you have a keyword alert on for Indy or Indianapolis and always answer those questions without asking for anything.

I know I need to take my time and do a very good investigation of any program.

This is a great place to learn and further investigate investing in real estate.

If police smell it they may be able to investigate further.

.: As Melanie indicated- there is an investigation with SEC, they called me 1/14/25 for information. 

Investigate what (if any) additional fees that they charge for handling evictions, and find out whether they go to small-claims themselves, or hire an attorney.
