Why would you need the tenants permission to send an inspector in?

Hello everyone,Does anyone have recommendations for a great home inspector that services Boerne/San Antonio, Texas?

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

These issues were identified by an inspector that drove by each house after the policy was issued.For those that have Obie - did their process include an inspector "inspecting" each house? 

Unfortunately I had a bad inspector who missed a lot which made it about a $60K renovation instead of what I planned for which was $15K.

Hire an inspector /independent person to manage the job site for you, someone with your best interest at heart.

The upstairs furnace is from 1982 according to the home inspector, this is the one that will need to be replaced. 

Inspection was schedule for today but when the inspector / my realtor arrive the power is off.
