At that time, i will have the knowledge and network to expand and build my portfolio at an increasing speed and then it will be part of my growing pains for my business.I will most likely have that CPA do my returns for the real estate and then have my Tax Accountant still do my Personal, helps with Checks and Balance and cost savings.Do you have cost segregation, or anything like that on any of your properties?  

It may work in the long term but can be a painful process.i wish the OP the best and i believe he can benefit by recognizing the value in the various responses but seems unwilling.

It seems that often when companies acquire large books of business in one shot there are growing pains and unfortunately those are felt at the client level.

Booking is a pain in the ***, especially compared to Air/VRBO.That being said, I love Booking because it attracts completely different clientele bases, we generate a much higher ADR (which helps offset some of the policy issues) and the positives outweigh the negatives for me.

Custom building a home is a slow and painful process.  

I missed a lot of flaws in that house and I had some painful years as a result.  

I do agree that I think they're having growing pains, but unfortunately that isn't the kind of thing I can afford to just accept when I'm choosing a company to go with.

I have a feeling this is going to be a long and painful process.
