If you’re not pulling owner info for a LOT of addresses, then I’d say skip it.

Plastiq asked me to send them the title company's contact info, and upload the final closing docs and the purchase and sale agreement with any addendums.

Another option is a DSCR loan where some lenders have shorter seasoning or waiting periods- I've seen some that are three months which can make a big difference for an investor getting cash out of a deal and using it on a new project.More info on DSCR loans: DSCR loans won't use your income to underwrite the loan.

If anyone needs a boots on the ground inspector to do walkthroughs or gather info for a property you don't have time to check out or if you're out of state.

There are no simple instructions on how to simply skip trace someone's info.
