I came across this forum as I have recently been made aware of an identity fraud committed under my name and my company’s name.Further to the above discussion, I would like to provide you with the following facts and comments:1. 

What some others have said echos this impression of mine:Chris Clothier:“Roofstock wants to give the impression that they have handled everything for you and they are the experts.”A screenshot from a private message sent to me (identity concealed): Another screenshot from another investor's (let's call him/her Anonymous2) private message:What Anonymous2 wrote at the end of this screenshot reminds me of @Tony Kim 's comment that Roofstock isn't ideal for investors who want to play a very passive role in the purchase. 

@Jay Hinrichs has posted on that in the past.Many people like to try and hide their identity because of the spotlight effect which refers to how people often overestimate how much others notice (or care about) them, effectively inflating their own importance in society.

It has alot to do with how I feel about myself and my identity.

So your escrow closer is your best go to for that.But the mechanics of the 1031 will be identical in all states.

Previous spec home from the builder with nearly identical floor plan was sold as 2BR, but lists on AirBnB as 3BR.
