This is expensive from an initial capital and maintenance standpoint and I've been on the hunt for a better way.One option that I've found is installing BTU/Flow meters (Istec 4440) on the supply and return lines for each heating zone (one zone per unit).

Note that you are out hunting but have limited experience, so wondering if they would consider keeping you on as a partner in the future if you are bringing them good deals.  

Then rinse and repeat (-:I’m on the hunt for good deals and am particularly interested in learning more about auctions, sheriff sales, and networking within Northwest Indiana.

J Scott,The thing about what I do is interesting..We don't do large pools, we buy mini pools that I scavenger hunt very very hard.

They were constantly head hunting me to bring them deals..
