@Jenet Christiansen  well then if what your saying  is true we will go back to the 70s 80s and 90s were if you wanted to be in real estate and make money with limited funds you became an agent.. the honeymoon period is over.and most the folks that think they are going to get on BP and find deals an do RE are just dreaming..
