My full time career is as an executive chef for a semi-private golf club in New Jersey.

I'm very fortunate to have had professionals rent the house (she's an MD, he's a chef) for the past three years and will be sorry to see them leave in late July. 

I'm a full time chef really interested in growing in Real Estate, my first deal was and still being my primary residence bought as a short-sale paid 67k cash on January 2013, spent 18k in renovation and now it's worth around 150k .I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent 5 months ago, and I'm looking forward to working on this field. 

I didn't have to address that issue then because the first applicants (an MD and a chef) qualified.

Like a good chef who can take any cut of beef and serve it up in unlimited numbers of ways, a good investor should be able to utilize and possibly spread around any of those house parts to find a solution. 

Most wholesalers are like chefs they typically don't give up there recipe for success. you just have to find your niche in this huge market and keep it close to your chest.Good Luck..
