I should have recognized that the repetitive closing throughout and,heightened approximately in the  last 30 minutes of their 2 hour pitch should have been a major warning signal but I ignored it.

For me, who has never used property management, this is very enlightening. 

The purpose of the MI videos was to heighten that trust and given C.

I have a lot of people come to me after having gone through one of these "enlightenment" sessions/ training and all I have to say to them is "good luck" and here is a number of somebody who will sell you down the river in the guise of helping you!   

If there are, and you are taking title subject to existing mortgages, there is heightened risk.
