Personally, I don't really have to have my hand held so if I only got a chance to do a face to face meeting every now and then and other times, follow up via email, text, skype or phone that would suffice.Just a little food for thought,Anyway, I wish you all the best and I plan to rent one of your vacation homes for the winter in the next year or so.

It has become clear to me that while I don't need my hand held, frequent  communication with the PM is a necessity.

I am interested in map/location IDXs which can be run on hand held devices.Also, are there MLS sites which will allow me to download raw data for "FREE"?

Use a handheld belt sander to remove the paint and stain.

A lead paint inspection will tell is there is lead paint present at a property, this is measured with an X-ray hand held device. 

Obviously not everybody is innately hard-wired to do this, and yes, some people flat out need to have their hand held. 

They go a lot quicker than a 4x24 belt sander, the largest of the standard handheld belt sanders in common woodworking use.You can also staple over the whole floor with 1/4-inch luan plywood, but with problems like these it would be a waste of $.
