To permanently affix a mobile home to the ground requires a foundation - just “tying” it down doesn’t qualify.  

Even a Coors Field ballpark or even a Polo Grounds ballpark, that would help.

It takes 2-3 years to get it off the ground and adding investing in the mix would be too much.

Are you leaning more toward a cosmetic flip or a ground-up build?

If they find out, then legally, contractually, they have grounds to retroactively void the policy and deny claims for *anything* it covers -- including losses totally unrelated to STR, like wildfire or a windstorm.
