Not sure what axe there is to grind when looking at hard cold facts of comparing the makeup of a PPR fund vs a performing portfolio of 1st position notes with nearly the same yield.

The Keurig type gets used more but some people bring their own grind and want a regular drip machine.

He has offered to make a lot of noise on behalf of landlords but I am not sure how to proceed so even with 8 months in arrears there is a cost benefit analysis that doesn't work.
