Just like Nike is offered by multiple companies, KFN is offered by a few companies as well.

Some situational pressures are a somewhat wobbly rental market due to economic conditions (Nike/Intel layoffs). 

The interesting grey area that seems to arise is lenders only lending on investment properties under the auspice of commercial lending.

I've been considering adding a Woodford to my mini-bar, but I don't know which is most popular.I'm not a real big drinker, but I do have a mini-bar and I like to offer business associates a drink from time to time.I like to offer doubles (of a full Polish shot 60ml = 2oz), so a 750 ml makes about 6 drinks (costing it out).Which Woodford do you think would be most popular.It will set with Makers Mark, Jack Black, Knob Creek, Canadian Club, and VO....Grey Goose, Tanqueray, Tang 10, Patrone, etc... 

Currently most places operate in a grey area or require a simple permit (there are some toxic towns that we'd steer clear of).

We have a specialist do that and they are relativley cheap, but it still adds up.So we have started using a very similar grey carpet tile in a few new houses last year for the basement, both finished and unfinished areas.

They have to have the Nike and $200 blue jeans.

Fyi, the discussion went like this, she said I want a wrap around porch, grey siding with white trim, bigger windows, french doors, stainless appliances, black barn doors and shutters, etc., after which I put my foot down hard and said “dark grey or light grey siding?”
