Backstory: As some of you know based on previous post of mine I've found my first "possible" real estate deal. 

That’s a serious swing, and I’ve seen something a bit like this before with a friend of mine who tackled a teardown project in a quieter part of Austin.

For instance, a friend of mine transitioned into the BTR market in Austin, Texas, after noticing consistent rental growth.

A freind of mine recently worked with an agent who wasn’t sure if the investor would stick with them.

I am partnering up with a good friend of mine.

A buddy of mine up in Omaha once inherited a tenant who refused to let inspectors through the door.. ended up pushing back renovations for a month and racking up costs like you wouldn’t believe.

Let's use a tangible example.So let's say you and I both own an identical 3/2 SFH - yours is in Decatur and mine is in Huntsville. 

I currently have mine managed professionally.
