One just needs to look at the ponzi that Clayton Morris and his partner had going.. paying rent on vacant homes and Investors get on BP and with glowing reports of Morris and how they get their check every month.

People with no skin in the game are telling you it is not hte blue mans fault even based on what you told them.

Sometimes they don’t like that because you don’t have skin in the game.As for advantages to the seller - are you going to pay them more for the property, that would be a perk that I offer in addition to making a little extra on interest for the duration of the loan.

How come you don't see the excitement you could have, of asking yourself all those questions at your desktop, if only you had some skin in the game?

We don't know you, we have no idea how you act under pressure, how much hair a sec8 tenant will have you pulling out or how thick you skin is.
