This is nuts considering how hot Asheville has been for STRs. 

Unfortunately  for some when they think Sub2 they think Pace Morby, which could be quite limiting.Kind of like when somebody says fish dinner and the only thing they can think of is Captain D’s they would probably have a bad conception of what fish taste like. 

I think that overall the economy will go nuts, but I still think STRs are saturated, they just got too much attention back in 2019-2021.

Mountains and skiing, yup we got that too. beaches, check, but sure it's not ocean and no not the same but it's fishing, it's a beach.
