Will you make a report to law enforcement?

When pulling the credit report one of the individuals has a high debt to equity ratio (50 %) My fear is what if this High DTI and credit usuage could result in one of the parties defaulting on future rent.

Just started using https://www.turbotenant.com/ it gives you a focal point to house documents, gives you a credit report and some other things but it's still your decision to make with the collected information.

So i cannot comment on some of the posts on their reporting etc., all i can say is the first time I dialed their number they answered.
