I'd spend money on my education going to multifamily, hospitality, industrial, retail, etc type conferences and decide which asset class I like or what market I like the most.

My background includes project management, financial modeling, and launching a real estate private equity fund.

If you really want to become financially independent, it's an all hands on deck, every strategy at once approach.
