(As AZ and your current state will fight over who gets to tax your gains with the federal government.)I have to throw most of the shade on your horrible tax guy/cpa who didn’t tell you renting it out was a $50-$100k mistake. 

Odds are your newer builds are on the outskirts of a city into the suburbs where people fight to get a property if it’s affordable.

Which if a tenant fights, can be a heck of a process.

I have no dog in this fight other than I simply understand ratios.  1 M out of 281,000 M is nothing...not even 1/3 of 1%.  

She would fight with her boyfriend and customers on the sidewalk in front of my house.

I was tired of fighting with Nathan about how I wanted to grow the business.

However they made it clear that unless we would pay them something unreasonable, they weren’t leaving without a fight.

so I am going to have to speak to the realtor and the tenant to see what we can do. hopefully she doesn't fight and it goes well otherwise i may have to adjust the rent.  

And last but not least, the banks will fight tooth and nail when a borrower is seeking a full accounting.

While I’m fighting for my rights and seeking a fair outcome through legal action, Massachusetts is truly breaking my heart.
