This is limiting my options.I have never utilized the multifamily lending products offered by Fannie, Freddie, etc., so I would be interested to a) hear other BP members' lender recommendations for this sized property and also b) other members' experiences working with Fannie, Freddie, etc.

Duplex or triplex with ADU does qualify for one of the f/f conventional products.

The properties look gorgeous  - and we have yet to have an owner that was dissatisfied with the final product.

My CPA has essentially called it a "tax asset" - where you end up w/ tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses that have been passed forward so that at some point you can offset passive gains. 

If you had to pick 3-5 things that you would love to see on the app what would those tools, products or features be?
