Have you ever paid to have a "clean-out" entrenched outside?

Ultimately I think the best way is to start networking and entrenching yourself into your local RE investment "world."

A flipper put in an offer on this house before us but then backed out after seeing how entrenched these deadbeat tenants were because he knew he wouldn't be able to get it flipped quickly with them there.

Jen's family I've observed has still had success with a couple of flips of their own,-and is still entrenched in the Real Estate investment community.Also, Jen Turner a local investor who has had success with house hacking and a couple of BRR properties is always glad to help and offer insight pertaining to vendors, contractors, etc.

They frequently need to be harassed for basic information and assistance, yet the deal cannot happen without them... so you've got well -entrenched people/systems with no incentive whatsoever to get your deal through.  

There are a handful of "predators" in virtually everything... however the lion's share are always within the "entrenched" established order.

The systems are pretty well-entrenched and nobody wants to change them.

It's easy money if done correctly and if you are already entrenched in the business.

I know that AirBNB started as renting a single room in your house, but they soon started offering whole house/condo/apt rentals, but it seems like it is still entrenched in the single room space.
