There are some trees to excavate on each lot but besides that they look good. 

And don't forget, states don't have 4-profit business to create wealth, no money-tree out in a yard to shake, states $ is from THE PEOPLE, so that $50 Billion is all Californians paying for it.  

I hopped on the roof with the garden hose to defend the property (even though initially it was contained) when suddenly an ember spread to a palm tree (that had been neglected to be trimmed for years) that instantaneously atomized/vaporized into hundreds of embers and spotted fires on several homes.

The yard was over grown with trees or weed saplings that grew into trees.

All that being said I don't know about if a salt hot tub is better per se, I know it's better for your skin and I'd say perhaps if you're in a very health conscious area like Joshua Tree, some folks might be attracted to the idea of a salt water hot tub.

As a resident (who travels a lot) I would say the Midwest does not have the attractions like palm trees & beaches (the great lakes are cold) or amazing mountain ranges, which often come with some disadvantages like high cost of living or hut/humid weather, stroms etc. 

Outside we had trees taken down that were going to cause major future problems with the roof, gutters and the view.

Some old Milwaukee sewer laterals have tree roots that like catch on to stuff.We also eliminate garbage disposals during rehab and normally we have someone from our team check out issues, before we send a plumber.

It sat on 1.5 acres with lots of garden beds and trees.

I just worry about some worst case scenario where a tree falls on the property or the property unexpectedly floods
