I found these 2 paragraphs particularly intriguing:In a similar vein, the Missouri statute requires you to disclose in writing whether the property was the site “[e]ndangering the welfare of a child” through “physical injury.”

Your tenant cannot hold you hostage - especially with something like this that can endanger life and property.
