Hey Meghan, I'm an agent in the Twin Cities and have invested in Duluth since 2017.

Overwhelmingly though, the weather and weather related things were enough to offset the negatives.So, I figure a much more interesting question would be Why do people live in New York City?

Let's of NYC investors look at other cities in NY, Rochester, Buffalo, etc... they can drive to them to see them, and they know the state well enough to feel comfortable.Most of the rust belt cities in NY offer cash flow as well. 

Right now, looking for someone to actually do the split, work with city planning and engineering, expedite things as much as possible etc.

I went to the city and they verbally told me it’s ok to turn it back into a duplex.
