Roofs are double what they used to cost 5-10 years ago. 

This is expensive , very expensive , your bill can double or triple .  

Water drain and septic pipelines the cost almost doubles.  

Smaller or less diversified areas, on the other hand, could struggle with the double hit of reduced tax income and rising costs.
