Indeed, unless you're in the luxury segment, renters won't give that much of a dime and in any case won't pay a huge premium because your condo is beautiful.

I hate the nickel and diming that a lot of these companies offer.

Tenants are responsible for their own install of washer/dryer but the plumber called over a second person and installed it on our dime. 

Anything less is recreational and they'll be learning on your dime and you won't even know it. 

you have someone with very little means borrowing your 5k Em ( which is a rare EM in most markets) and even if they get it back chances are you not going to get them to pay U a dime of interest they will just go to the next gater lender.

Never lost a dime, even with one that was not insured!
