its crazy how he has put accounts in here with only 1 post to talk positive about pace morby's mentorship, this guy is such a scam and I am not the only one exposing him... 

I urge everyone on BiggerPockets to take note of this scam and fraud Andrew Lanoie.

Payed for the so called free CD/DVD stuff and all of the sudden they are charging me $40 and $98 a month for something I never signed up for.You got to watch these gurus they like to sucker people in with these free CD's,etc but in reality it's a scam to drain you of monthly charges for something you never asked or signed up for.People like that belong in jail.

And it's not because you're a devoted Whataburger fan, but that sure helps.

I see you posted over 6 years ago, and here I am 6 years later and he's still scamming people.  

And at this point I’m Thinking I just got scammed after checking this board about the fake reviews.

In a nutshell, don't waste your money, it's all a scam.

This is definitely a scam then with the same pattern in every project.
