Well, last night during dinner I officially got "served" foreclosure papers. 

McDonalds sells a delicious burger at a reasonable price and I am happy.When a pimply faced teen offers to toss a slice of processed cheese on it, the price goes up.My decision becomes obvious.

I would take season investtors out for dinner, buy them drinks if they would give me the opportunity to ask questions.  

I'd offer to buy the tenants dinner and a movie on his behalf.

It was a win/win because with my guests going to dinner with a $50 gift certificate they felt like they were getting their meal paid for but the owner of the restaurant once told me that my average $50 gift certificate holder would spend a minimum of $75 while they were there on extras like appetizers and alcohol purchases that were typically big mark up items for him.
