Had someone in mind who I thought would be great but he wants to add fees that I feel are unfair including $200 admin fee (on top of credit report fees) and mandatory 41.45 monthly for enrollment in their program which includes rental insurance and hvac filters, identity ins, and a few other little things.I've managed to keep costs pretty low for my tenants but realize I've been cheating myself. one is buying.

I suspect they are using someone else's identity or hiding something negative from their landlord.It is not uncommon for people to have good credit but still have an eviction or other problems with a previous landlord.

It often might take asking why 5 times to get to the root why.Also, I notice that often that why shifts...for me in the beginning, money was important because I thought it gave me power, and growing up I was pretty insecure due to a lot of high schooling bullying...come to find out the power does NOT COME FROM MONEY, but rather from within after identity who you want to become and don't let your past define you.
