Built in 1987, the building features four spacious units, each offering 1,012 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and one bath, and a cozy 506 square foot one-bedroom, one-bath unit.

I am a small time STR operator in Wyoming, so my insight might not apply to larger areas, but I find that doing a theme for my STRs seems to get attention, The Rendezvous, The Cache, The Bunkhouse, The Eagle's Nest, The Cozy, etc. 

If you are concerned about protecting principal and the next downturn hits, you will want to confine yourself to these types of loans.

They need a cozy, quiet place to stay.

Converting a room into a bedroom within the confines of the existing footprint is almost always a win.

The property is clean and cute so congrats there, but some, comfy, cozy, stylish spaces would go a long way! 

I am currently using Cozy but was wanting to make the switch to Buildium, haha!
