His costume was terrible also.

@Brandon I want to get 1or 2 bedroom so that I can live in with my girlfriend and we can use the money we pay in rent can go to something we own and keep and build equity but I wanna wholesell and use some of that money to get some buy and hold properties but I work for cox communications so talking to people is real easy for me since I work in the tech support department and when you deal with upset costumers is very important to build report and trust so that they know I will do everything i can to solve there problem and that should give me a advantage when speaking to seller's and buyer's

I went over at 7:00pm, in my Halloween costume and pulled the carpet, mopped the floor, got fans installed and apologized to the tenants.Another incident was when I received a phone call from one of my tenants letting me know that the SWAT Team had busted through the front door, hand cuffed everyone (I had an older couple living upstairs and 4 guys renting downstairs) and started a thorough search though the house.

There are some jobs that are costumer service, and some like Aeropostale sales.

Go find a GC that is a design build company that has experience in apartment building development to navigate you in the process if they decide to accept you as a costumer. 

B) hit up your local title company, have the costumer service rep get you a list of all the duplexes in the area you wish to be.

@Mary Mitchell great point there I have been so worried by the horror stories that I forgot that these are my costumers and if I treat them fair help them where I can in the way of improvements or repairs.
