And under that definition, because there was no minimum time in the CZO for how long someone needed to occupy a structure to be considered "living" there, the court used literal dictionary definitions (standard practice in NH as can be seen in the similar case Working Stiff Partners v City of Portsmouth) to determine what constituted "living as a household" as it concerns STRs.The court explicity rejected the idea that this ruling should have larger implications for STRs around the state, and it certainly did not at all in any way prevent municipalities from regulating STRs.

There are known "aggressive breeds" that constitute a combination of size, temperament, etc. to form this list of aggressive breeds which would theoretically be more of a liability.I also settled on a pet deposit, not a pet fee or pet rent.

There is no specification of materials or direction of the borrower.I can certainly see why you would assume that taking percentage of profit implies particiopation in management of the project, but I personally don't agree that taking a percentage of profit in lieu of interest constitutes influence in the project, nor have I ever seen it happen.
