Some recruiting agencies just see candidates as a commission check.

Nor am I going to try and make a commission selling you real estate or lending you money.

To me, it seems a bit out of touch, especially considering they have a fund under subpoena from the commission, have paused distributions and withdrawals, and are behind on compliance items.

I would hate to pass on it and settle for just earning a commission by selling it.

The buyer's agent could still receive their 2.5%-3% in commission at closing but the seller would still save on the listing side.
