Many of the Canadian clients I work with gravitate towards North Carolina, Texas, with Florida and Arizona being their top choices so I'd looking into those states a bit more which it seems you've already started to do. 

@Andy Ptak when jumping into the industry you have a few choices:1) Start at the bottom2) Leverage your experience to convince someone to give you a chance3) Decide between:--- Big companies who will usually start you at the bottom--- Small companies that will more like to a chance on hiring you for an above entry level position.

We are using it for quicker reference on all state laws regarding foreclosures and evictionsAlso using it to scan notes and other due diligence packages we have.

A friend recommended a known realtor in that town to sent a referral.Question: Can the referral agreement stipulate that the referral fee (if a transaction is closed with my referred client) be paid during the closing of the transaction, for transparency and expediency?
