Washington Federal and Bank of the Cascades both approved me (I believe Bank of the Cascades is having a portion this month.)  

There are so many cascading effects to consider,.There is so much more to talk about this topic that it is hard to convey through typing. 

Cascading purchases is key to my overall plan ("snowballing" as I hear used often).In Parallel to the FHA 4 Unit Owner Occupier plan, I also have used capital to flip a few properties with a fellow investor.

Boise Cascade built 27 lake type developments throughout CA.. those were prime to buy pre tax sale in the late 70 to 90s not so much now as values have finally risen..there are millions of lots through out the west..

Just go do something -- it'll cascade into something more or you'll learn real estate isn't for you. 

Hey @Cassandra Jade, I agree you don't want to leave whole entire piles of supplies laying out but you do need to leave a bit more IMHO.I used to leave the whole container of Cascade dishwasher pods.

In terms of up and coming areas - what are your thoughts on the Cascade Heights area and the Gresham Park areas?

I also see that a new mortgage assignment was recorded on the home by Cascade Funding Mortgage in May of this year.
