My Fellow BPERs and BRRRR Connoisseurs,I need your advice and expertise.Currently, I am looking into an off-market deal in Lawrenceville, Ga.

I turn away lots of clients each year because they "have one or two rentals but likely won't get more" and they own....a trucking company, or they operate in the cannabis industry ect. 

@Christopher Kim You'll want to connect with a bank that is openly targeting cannabis related properties. 

Our house rules already prohibit the growing of any "crops or plants for the purpose of consumption" and the use of hydroponic growing methods within the units of our buildings - I do not care if they are growing tomatoes, blueberries or cannabis ... it cannot occur inside.

More and more we will be seeing cash transactions as the Cannabis economy grows and banks will not grant these businesses accounts. 

I’m try to find a financial connoisseur that has ideas on how to turn 6,000 dollars in 10,000$ or 10,000 into 14,000 with different niches they have experienced.

As far as I am concerned, they saved my kids' life.And no,I do not personally use cannabis in any form. 

I used to own my own company (Orchid and Hibiscus Nurseries) back home (South Africa) but found the market here in the USA not as fruitful and more streamlined to the pot plant industry as opposed to the connoisseur collector, definitely not enough to warrant further consideration.

As someone who has experience and connections in the medical field, cannabis industry, movie industry, as well as restaurants and bars, I would assume this knowledge and these connections may be something that would appeal to a large firm who buys and sells these type of businesses?

There will be another 200 families this year, and they usually rent and are willing to pay more.Also, Cannabis money is driving up rents as well.
