Has anyone used this in NY area (Buffalo , niagara ) closer to Canada border?

I just moved to Buffalo Grove last summer and work in Lake County too. 

The primary draw was price points of some of those markets (Buffalo and Syracuse, in particular) and their proximity to my family in Canada (Belleville, Ontario).

Check out Rochester and Buffalo too, they're both top #10 cities by cash flow in the country at the moment
