Sounds like there are several unhappy customers of Neal Aviation (Garrett Neal is the owner of the company on record) for being sold bad parts and they're burning suppliers with hot checks for parts for privately owned aircraft (in their more recent business reviews).

I cleared $10k on my first one.We ended up clearing $30k on the second one.The last flip was very stressful for my wife and she wants to keep our finances (HELOC) out of the next one.I am going to look to find a financing partner to cover the carrying costs of the next flip.On a $400k house (average for my area), the total investment would be $85-$95k and would be paid directly to the lender and subs/suppliers, not to me.I can bring the lender, as I have a good rep with the one I use.I will do all the rest.

Maybe corporate flippers, or some that have dozens (at least) of flips under their belts.Why would material suppliers give a discount to a first time flipper?

I've done some research with suppliers in China who have built modular homes for the US market, and it looks like we can buy modular homes for about $30-$40 PSF.

I use Kitchen Cabinet Kings frequently..I checked those out at a supplier down here, and they were more expensive for my setup and I didnt think they were as nice, but I also bought my IKEA cabinets during their 15% off sale.

Most everyone in a 30 mile radius worked for the Big 3 or a top tier supplier (Continental, Uniroyal, Borg Warner, Webasto, Lear, etc).
