Will the Scottsdale SFH market continue to stagnate or boom again (or dip further)?

A lot has happened since starting, between material shortages in SWFL for a while, a massive hurricane, a period of power outage, damages to various parts of the city (and major damages to surrounding cities), high demand in labor/resources, a transformation in permitting systems, and a boom in construction in general. 

For example, most Developers in the Seattle area are taking many properties and turning them to condos since that is a booming market with high rental rates And sometimes more conveniently built and accommodating then a SFH.

By August 2023, I packed up my introverted self, moved to paradise, and two months later—BOOM—homeowner status unlocked.

There is strong rental demand because of growing population, job market, and the booming tech scene. 

The new figures indicate Texas is still in the midst of a population boom, with the state adding over 2 million new residents since 2020 when the last official decennial census took place.

There’s never been a better time to step into the booming mid-term rental market.

That shouldn't necessarily be a differentiator when choosing a lender, as evidenced by the boom of the DSCR lending industry....non of which are FDIC insured.

All of Bend seems to be booming.
