Hey @Mark Miles, I haven't done it and it doesn't seem to hamper my bookings, but I am assuming that more info is better.

It's a smaller, family-friendly community that draws a ton of repeat vacationers (families will book the same place year after year).

It is balance sheet heavy but for some reason, most investors in BP are just focused on P&L and they stick with these free accounting platform that doesn't even utilize the Balance Sheet.A lot of the time when I clean up client's books, it's mainly in the balance sheet that needs to be fixed up.

We absolutely background, credit and eviction check every prospective resident that does not book through an Airbnb-type platform ("OTA").

Listing sites like Airbnb and Furnished Finder, and B2B relationships for referrals, insurance, and corporate bookings.

The company also published some great books like Millionaire Real Estate Investor, another one named FLIP, and another one called HOLD. 

Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss.2.

Since you've already started learning through books and podcasts, your next step should be narrowing down your investment strategy—whether it's house hacking, multifamily, or BRRRR.
