I’d love to hear any tips or strategies that have worked well for you in real estate marketing, especially with PPC campaigns.For those who’ve done this successfully, are there specific keywords, ad placements, or campaign types that you recommend?

I’m newer to Santa Fe though, but am eager to broaden my knowledge.What neighborhoods or property types in Santa Fe have you found especially promising?

I don't have any brand preferences personally (I use Fantasy Spas at most of my units but I'm sure there are alot of reputable options), but just make sure wherever you place it is built to handle that type of weight.

I would suggest starting with what types of investments you would like to get into and goals.

You may have to do this several times for all the different tasks being done.The only labor cost not covered by this type of online inquiry is drive time from the businessto the property, to the store & back for supplies and then back to the business address.

I than thought it was tenants, all the "what if's"; what-if they have a fire, what-if there is a shooting, dead body, drug raid, break-in, squatters, feces art, etc etc etc.....
