Our tech scene may not yet truly rival that of the Bay Area, but the California markets are quickly pricing themselves out of some promising young talent - talent that has started looking east for lower overheads and a more dynamic, inclusive, culture.

The look on their faces a year later after I sold it was bitter sweet priceless.

With high end cell phones now the quality rivals some higher quality cameras.Maybe they use a photog to use software to touch up and make better what the broker/agent took.

@Ben Bymaster Go get a STEM degree and not some BS political science degree lol, not saying that's what your doing but there are clearly some bitter people in this thread that picked the wrong thing to study.

You look on as the verdict is read and bitterly wish you had had the simple sense to hide your last name when posting in the forums here.But of course you appeal the verdict of everything you own!

As for off market deals, I'm not going to pretend that I'm able to rival what some CFRI wholesalers do. 

When we see frozen pipes as a tenant’s responsibility it is because the tenant turned the heat off when they went away for a few days during a bitter cold spell.
