Many investors fall into this "do-it-all" trap, believing no one else can handle things as well as they can.

I'm having a hard time believing that as I've never seen one installed like this. 

I believe they might still able to buy new properties (I have a Canadian passport so it doesn't affect me and so I haven't followed the details).
