Many folks would I bet Personally, I have no price and prefer sleeping well at night haha  Jay knows an instance where my company was printing money “cleanly” but where in bed with an operator that wasn’t legit.Cut ties and cost us probably millions in doing so…

That seems low with the 5 units and storage you mentioned unless they are 1 bed units. 

Usually, a 3 bed 2 bath will rent a lot faster than a 2 bed 1 bath etc. 

My current portfolio includes two 3-Bed/2-Bath Single Family's in my home state.

We have some good ones here, and although the rehab wouldn't be as cheap as managing it yourself if wouldn't be full retail price either.

I'm expert at retail leasing and sales and commercial contract management. 

If it is then it is a valid comparison.If it is a 2 bed 2 bath condo, then make sure you look at those comps and not the hotel.

You are basically a retail customer at that point.

This would be a 3 bed/2 bath in a good appreciating location.
