But a lot are greater than or equal to the Heights which is a very, very good area in Houston.The mall I went to was The Highlight at Houston Center. near the big green area, ice skating rink, and basketball center.

I don't think litigating over it is a "win" for most people, certainly has to be a lot of money at stake for it to be worthwhile.I'm not sure what the point of your post is, but since no one has pointed me to a cite to support their opinion, I assume it's more urban legend than fact.

Today, there are properties with indoor basketball courts, lazy rivers, movie theaters, and exterior spiral slides going from the upper deck to the lower deck...truly creative ways of grabbing the first round of renters.Even though my rents were steady because I had a hefty repeat renter business by then, I realized that this trend of having a large luxury home was not enough if I wanted to capture more renters.

I played baseball from the time I was 4 years old up until I was 17 years old, I also played basketball for a couple years, and quickly fell in love with golf after I was unable to play baseball anymore.

Thanks Elizabeth,I moved from Australia to the US to start my real estate journey.I networked for years and built relationships before moving.I offered value and was willing to pay for services others provided.Never asked for handouts or favors unlike many investors nowadays.Before asking for a referral, the relationships where already built and I could also offer/share referrals and value in return.Never wanted something for nothing.Your approach is fair but rare.Wishing you much success I first met Engelo on the Aussie version of BP.. he is a legend in that country.
