the company is Tax Auction Investors and seminar solutions...i think from my research on videos etc that was or is thecompany they started as thier education company 

Which went from $14k to now $25k after it sold at auction for $220k on September 12th.

If you need any help in the area from pictures of home, to items being valued and or my experience how to get rid of them from estate sale to auction to donation.

Looking more closely the higher price agent seemed to provide overall better comps though one or two that I would have considered comps at a somewhat lower price didn’t make it.the Lower price agent had a very unimpressive CMA which included a hurricane damage property sold for land value and another that was an auction, so in retrospect, I’m not too convinced that the lower price agent really knows what they are doing. 

One of my properties says it’s going to auction in March because it’s being foreclosed on.

I don't plan on going on the actual auctions :/.   

But I would rather just buy the property from the bank after it is foreclosed either at auction or when it doesn't pass auction.  

At some sales they will even accept payment the day of the sale during the auction if that property has not been sold yet. 

I'm starting out doing redeemable tax deeds and going to auctions where everybody has "bigger pockets" than I do.
