I acquired a property couple years ago and did a BRRRR on it.

I've helped my cousin acquire two investment properties in Augusta, so while I can't claim to be an expert, I can share some insights.

However, it may be prudent to wait until you acquire property in that state to create the LLCs to avoid paying all the necessary filing fees when you have nothing going on yet.  

How do I use that one property to acquire a second and how do I go from 2-3 and 3-4?
