@Hush Dinero  Hey Hush,Yeah no worries lease options are not common,  the forum is under investor basics in the real estate strategy section, also called rent to own,  there are many strategies to use to make money, here is a book worth looking into "Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate: Without Tenants, Banks, or Rehab Projects" by Peter Conti.  

Never done his freedom mentor program but I met him many years ago when he was still connected with Peter Conti.

If you're interested in lease options as a strategy I would recommend Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate without Tenants, Banks or Rehab Projects by Peter Conti & David Finkel.

"Buying Real Estate Without Cash or Credit by Peter Conti and David Finkel" is like a bible to me.

That was the first book I read by Peter Conti and David Finkel which spells out the basic concepts.

I want to start by doing calls so that I get my fear out of the way and learn how to talk with potential sellers before I have them calling me....I read Peter Conti and David Finkle's book, Investing in Real Estate without cash or credit and was going to use their call scripts... has anyone used this or can anyone comment on these scripts?

Anyone ever use Peter Conti & Jerry Nortons' "Quick Flip Money Machine", where they pay $10,000 for Wholesale deals you find?

Also I use Peter Conti and David Finke;s Purhcase Option System to this day!

I just purchased 3 books yesterday Lease Option by Wendy Patton, Buying real estate by peter Conti and Fast track by David Finkel.
