Our goal is to strart with single family to flip or keep as rentals as well as duplexes.we both currently work from home selling custom logoed apparel to Texas and Arkansas college bookstores, which allows us time to research and locate properties in Texas and Arkansas.looking forward to where this ride takes us.

Hello;First of all thanks for taking time out to go through my post.Many listing websites have similar homes/properties as well recommender algorithms;  my observation so far is most of what are shown as matching or similar properties to any listing have so many different things.Property is not something like Apparels or Gadgets where you can match some Characteristics and list them for similarity.

The husband's behavior is highly troubling in that he can bend over backwards for a tenant who has hoarder tendencies and is otherwise a stranger but goes ballistic when his wife doesn't want to clean the tenants bathroom(which has to be a bio-hazard and one shouldn't dare enter without wearing the full CDC apparel ) and kitchen.

I have lived in Fl for 28 yrs now .. and lived in south Fl for around 15 of those years .. thats when i had my first experiance renting seasonal .While living in Port Charlotte ( on the Gulf Side of Fl ) in 1998, I had bought a 700 sqft condo on a land contract , Got Married , bought a apparel business, and then bought a house all within 6 months .. so i found myself with a condo that i needed to make the bills on ..
